David C. Nevins was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2000. Mr. Nevins was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2001.

Mr. Nevins graduated cum laude from Binghamton University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Nevins graduated Hofstra Law School in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Nevins was a member of and an editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.

Mr. was an associate for Leeds Morelli & Brown, LLP from 1999 to 2002 where he practiced in the area of employment discrimination law. He developed an extensive familiarity in the field of employment law and employment discrimination and served as lead counsel on many litigation cases. Mr. Nevins has trial experience in both Federal and New York State Courts.

In 2002, Mr. Nevins started his own practice and became Of Counsel to Seavey Vogel & Associates, LLP. He practices primarily in real estate and real estate transactions. He represents purchasers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate closings. He also represents various lending institutions, acting as lender's counsel at residential purchase and sale and refinance closings.

Additionally, Mr. Nevins acts as general counsel to cooperative corporations and condominiums where he handles all legal matters regarding the operation of the cooperative corporation and condominium. Furthermore, he acts as a transfer agent for purchase and sales of cooperative apartments.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Nevins also practices in the area of trust and estates, commercial litigation, civil rights discrimination litigation, and corporate law.

Mr. Nevins is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association
