Tina M. Munz, a life long resident of New York State, was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2002. Ms. Munz was admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut in 2001, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2010.
Ms. Munz attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA, where she attained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government in Law in 1998. Ms. Munz attended St. John's University School of Law in Jamaica, New York, where she attained her Juris Doctor degree as a Dean's List Graduate in 2001.
Ms. Munz joined the practice in 2001, rising to partner in 2011. Ms. Munz has extensive experience in representing purchasers, sellers, institutional lenders and individual mortgagees, in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is well versed in all areas of real estate practice, including coops, condos, short sales, reverse mortgages, MERS, guardianships, residential and commercial leases and more.
Ms. Munz handles various aspects of Estate Planning, from drafting Last Will and Testaments, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, Power of Attorneys and Trust Agreements, working with her clients to achieve their estate planning goals.
In addition, Ms. Munz is involved in other areas of practice, including corporate formations and commercial transactions.
Ms. Munz is a Board Member of the Ned J. Giordano Foundation, dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children.
Ms. Munz is a member of the New York State Bar Association, wherein she is a member of the Real Property Law and the Trust and Estates Law Sections.
